1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Ekambaram Apps. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Definitions

• Services: All mobile applications and games published by Ekambaram Apps on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store, and any associated digital content
• User / You: Any individual who accesses, downloads, installs, or uses the Services
• App Store: The platform store from which you downloaded the app — Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS)
• Paid Services: Digital goods or premium features purchased within the Services via Google Play Billing or the Apple App Store (StoreKit) — e.g., "Remove Ads," premium subscriptions
• Entitlement: The specific rights granted to a user following a successful purchase (e.g., ad-free access, premium content)
• Content: Text, audio, images, and other material provided within the Services

3 In-App Purchases & Billing

3.1 Payment Processing

All digital purchases within our apps are processed exclusively through the platform store you downloaded the app from — Google Play Billing on Android or the Apple App Store (StoreKit) on iOS. We do not collect, store, or process your credit card or financial information directly. All transactions are subject to the store operator's terms, including the Google Play Payments Policy and the Apple Media Services Terms.

3.2 Entitlements & Restoration

Upon a successful transaction, your store account (Google Play or Apple ID) is granted an Entitlement. These entitlements are tied to that account and can be restored on new or replacement devices by signing in with the same account used for the original purchase. Use the "Restore Purchases" option within the app if entitlements are not automatically detected.

3.3 Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Where an app offers auto-renewing subscriptions, payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription automatically renews at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your account settings — Apple ID → Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play → Subscriptions on Android.

3.4 Refund Policy

Purchases made through an app store are generally non-refundable once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded, and refunds are governed by the store operator, not by us. Refund requests must be submitted directly to the relevant store within its applicable refund window:

• Apple App Store: request a refund via reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google Play: request a refund through your Google Play order history

If the store issues a refund for any reason, we reserve the right to automatically revoke the associated entitlement or digital access.

3.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change the pricing of our paid services at any time. Existing purchases and active subscriptions will not be retroactively repriced.

4 Intellectual Property

All content within our Services — including but not limited to app design, UI layouts, graphics, icons, audio recordings, written content, code, and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Ekambaram Apps or its licensors, protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our Services without prior written consent
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from our apps
• Devotional content (stotras, Gita verses) is provided for personal spiritual use only and may not be used for commercial purposes

5 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

• Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable any security features, licensing checks, or DRM protections
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to access or scrape content from the Services
• Engage in fraudulent activity, including manipulating purchase flows or review systems
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Services or associated infrastructure
• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to our Services for any user who violates these Terms, at our sole discretion.

6 Devotional & Spiritual Content

Several of our apps contain devotional, spiritual, and religious content including Hindu stotras, Bhagavad Gita verses, and wellness guidance based on Ayurveda and yoga traditions.

• This content is provided for informational and personal spiritual use only
• Ayurvedic and health-related content is not a substitute for professional medical advice
• Audio pronunciations and transliterations are provided in good faith but may contain variations across regional traditions
• We make no claim of religious authority or doctrinal correctness

7 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or harmful components
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services
• We are not responsible for third-party content, advertising, or services accessible through our apps
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

8 App Availability & Updates

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of our apps or features at any time with or without notice. We may release updates that change functionality, and continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.

We are not obligated to provide updates, maintenance, or support for our apps, though we aim to do so as part of our commitment to our users.

9 Third-Party Services & Links

Our apps may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (such as Google Play, the Apple App Store, Firebase, and AdMob). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

10 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India.

11 Apple App Store — Additional Terms

The following additional terms apply only if you download our app from the Apple App Store. In the event of any conflict with the other Terms above, these terms govern for the iOS version of the app. In these terms, "Apple" means Apple Inc.

• Agreement is with us, not Apple: These Terms are concluded between you and Ekambaram Apps only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Licence scope: Your licence to use the app is a non-transferable licence to use it on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Apple's Usage Rules.
• Maintenance & support: We — not Apple — are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the app. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services.
• Warranty: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the app (if any). Beyond that, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever regarding the app.
• Product claims: We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or your use of it, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection or privacy law.
• Intellectual property claims: In the event of any third-party claim that the app or your use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we — not Apple — are solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
• Legal compliance: You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple as third-party beneficiary: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
